Our finishing process involves sanding either the old finish off the floor, or sanding new wood down smooth. We use Duraseal stains which have 20+ colors to pick from. Then we use either an oil base finish, or a water base finish on top ranging from Gloss, Semi Gloss, satin, matte and extra matte finishes. The average job takes around 3-5 days to complete depending on size.
